During this month, I visited your garage twice. I was impressed with the time and courtesy that Joe Neall extended to each customer. When Joe says he is going to look after you, he means it. When so many are unhappy with the garage service they receive, I thought you would appreciate this positive appraisal. Not only am I writing you, but I will also spread the word. Many in our community here will benefit from hearing about your dealership and its excellent customer service.

Just a quick note. I recently had about $800+ of service work done on my 2004 Prius (over 135,000 miles). Every dollar of service completed on the car has been completed and Grand Blanc Toyota. When it comes time to replace the Prius, I will consider another.

The main (if not only) reason that I return to this dealership, is that I completely appreciate and trust the efforts of Joe Neall, the Toyota Service Advisor. My father-in-law used to own a Toyota dealership outside of Buffalo. He used to tell me, I sell a car once, the Service Department keeps the customer coming back. Joe Neall does that.
